Delivery
The licence key is sent by email and, for partners, also to the account in the partner zone. Usually within a few minutes after payment or approval of an order on credit, and no later than within 1 business day. We do not ship physical goods, there is no delivery fee.
Payment
Bank transfer against a proforma invoice – the key is sent once payment is received. Purchase on credit (deferred payment) is available only to partners who have been granted it by the Seller; new partners do not receive credit by default. The credit limit and payment term are shown in the partner account.
All prices include 21 % VAT. The VAT invoice is issued automatically and sent by email together with the order confirmation; partners can also find it in their account.
Returns
Digital licences whose key has already been sent cannot be returned (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Art. 6.228-10(2)(13)). If a key does not work, has already been used or the wrong product was supplied – contact us at info@distributor.lt: we will replace the key or refund the money. More details in the Terms of purchase.
